work should fit.

Helping people at crossroads discover & create work that fits who they are.

Discover. Discern. Design.

how I help

Most people don't need someone to tell them what to do.

They need help discovering what fits.

I work with people at career and life crossroads — whether you're considering a change, exploring an entrepreneurial path, designing a second act, or simply wondering what's next.

Together, we clarify who you are, explore the possibilities, and find a direction that feels both meaningful and practical.

why i do this

For much of my own career, I wrestled with a question I now hear from other people all the time:

Where do I fit?

I've spent more than 30 years starting ventures, developing opportunities, working in real estate, and advising entrepreneurs and professionals.

For a long time, I thought I was searching for the right business or opportunity. Looking back, I realize I was really trying to understand what kind of work fit who I am.

Along the way, I discovered that some of my most meaningful work was helping other people do the same — recognizing their strengths, seeing possibilities, and figuring out what might fit.

That experience shaped a simple belief:

Work should fit.

Today, I call this work vocational advisory.

Here’s how it works

let’s talk

If you're at a crossroads and wondering what comes next, let's start with a conversation.

We'll talk about where you are, what you're wrestling with, and whether vocational advisory might be helpful.

No pressure. No program to commit to.

Just a conversation about what might fit.
